This DVD is an easy way to hear about the remarkable life of John Wycliffe, Oxford scholar of the 1300's who broke the barrier by translating the Bible into English. Though he died before the authorities of the church could kill him, he so infuriated them, that decades later, they dug up his bones to burn them.

"The Morning Star" part of the title refers to Wycliffe being the first light of the reformation. Today, his work continues with the Wycliffe organization, which continues to bash down barriers by translating the Bible into people's languages around the world (
