I thoroughly enjoyed the last book of the Delirium trilogy! The only thing that is going to drive me crazy is the ending! *Slight spoilers warning* There are quite a few questions that go unanswered that you can up with for yourself, but the options are endless... Like, "What happened to Tack? Did he die or did he live? What happened to Hana/Fred? Did Fred die? Where did Hana go? What happened to all the Invalids? Did they recapture Portland? Did Alex find Lena again? Where was the rest of Lena's family?" etc... *SPOILERS OVER*
Other than that it's great! The tension between Julian, Alex, and Lena can be felt in each moment they are all three present, which I love! (Because who doesn't enjoy love triangles?!) I love the story and the build to the end. The book I read even contained a short story on Alex, which I loved!

Again, my only complaint is the end. It's left pretty open ended. The rest of the book I enjoyed and it was a good read.

*Be aware of vulgar language! I don't recommend that young teens/kids read it for that reason alone. Not to mention some intense violence, death, and there is abuse. Just be aware of what it contains before letting younger children and teens read it!*

I thought this was a great instalment to the series... until the conclusion came. Now, don't get me wrong, I loved Requiem, but... the end.. just... ugh. I would have given this book 4 stars or maybe 4.5 but the ending pissed me off that my final rating is 3.5. It's an awesome book, really, but kinda disappointing.

Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

I did want there to be more. It's like Lauren Oliver just decided to stop writing. I feel like there's more to the story to read/write about.

In addition (this is a spoiler), I wanted to see how Julian would take Lena's final decision. If he truly fell in love with her, his heart would be broken... :'(

Requiem was the third and final book of the trilogy, and the most disappointing of the series. After all the character growth Lena experienced in Pandemonium, it was a major let down to see her character fall flat. She became whiny, annoying, and unkind. There was no solid plot in this entire series, and this book had no real climax to engage the reader. It was slow, and pretty boring. Most of the entire book the Resistance was planning for a war that never even took place. What was the point of that? We don’t see any closure or even much of a confrontation between Lena and Alex, just a confused and angry Lena throughout the book. Almost nothing of what we really wanted to see happen in this book happened, although there was maybe one or two unexpected parts. It was disappointing that Requiem didn’t pick up right where Pandemonium left us off at it, because it would have been interesting to see what happened after the cliffhanger Oliver left us with in the last book would play out. However, it was interesting to read from Hana’s P.O.V. The last book in this series just didn’t leave us with any of the closure the reader was seeking. There was no proper ending to the book, you could have easily mistaken the last page of the book for a page in the middle of the book, because it wasn’t properly ended

With Lena navigating life in the Wilds, being around both Julian and Alex, and learning that the woods are no longer safe for the Invalids, she is falling apart.
Hana, newly cured and engaged to the future mayor, has had her life finally been structured without the worries and inconveniences of real emotions. But even she is feeling the effects of an imperfect cure- something she must keep secret on threat.

This is a journey that will pull these two previous best-friends together, apart and through a bloody mess. You prepared for it?

Oh yea. And I hated the ending. So, be prepared for that as well

One of those books that you really wish there was another installment. I loved the Delirium series overall, it ropes you in and it's impossible to put it down. Although the literary world has been very plagued by the dystopian themed novels - this one is worth reading. Very different concept from the others. Lots of action and lots of twist and turn to keep you enticed.

It was a interesting book from beginning to end. What I really liked was the different perspectives of Lena and Hana.

But how could anyone who's ever seen a summer-big explosions of green and skies lit up electric with splashy sunsets, a riot of flowers and wind that smells like honey-pick the snow?
