Liked Myron's sense of humour. An okay book.

I've read Harlan Coben books in the past and figured I would try his Myron Bolitar series. I was kind of disappointed in this one and it made me go back to another Author very quickly. This borrowed e-book was the first that I had to re-borrow to finish. All of my other e-books from him or other authors have been read within the 2 week borrowing period.

A little superficial but a fun read. It's interesting how it's beginnig to show its age being a re-issue of a book published almost 20 years ago. Still an intertaining story.

After finding Harlan Coben so readable, I decided to try his original series with Myron Bolitar, the agent who becomes a detective. And wow, Coben does a home run again. Myron is an ex pro basketball player that is now running a successful agent business when his big ticket is suddenly embroiled in his girlfriend''s murder. While Myron is trying to save his and his client''s skin, roadblocks pop up like the case is a crash barrier road test. And when Myron isn''t exchanging quips with his ex-girlfriend or his assistant, he is dodging bullets. This ride proves that the plot is something you can''t take your eyes off of or it will be sure to crash.
