Add a CommentA good, fast plot with love interest and, as always with this author, a fascinating insight into American law an police investigations. There is never any reference to root causes which make the jail system so full of sad characters. I had to laugh at the plot turn where the bible thumping minster snatches the guy from his lawyer just as he is no longer a pro bono case.
A good read; but, took me forever to finish. Much legal and convoluted wranglings.
